At PROJECT FIfT we specialise in football based fitness sessions tailored specifically to the individual. Our 1 to 1 or small group sessions are designed to help you stay active and boost your overall fitness whether you are looking to get back on the pitch, start a new fitness journey or just simply get yourself fitter. No previous experience of playing football is necessary so everyone is able to enjoy the benefits of exercising this way. 

The sessions are delivered on outdoor grass pitches primarily in Burgess Hill but also at various locations around Sussex and drills involve cardio based work with and without the ball.

The customised training focuses on endurance, agility and improving skills all whilst enjoying the sport you love and working towards your fitness goals.

What fitness levels and age range do you cater for?

We work with all ages and aim to cater for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Your training plan will always be matched to your current fitness level with a strong emphasis on sustainable progression.

How do I start my fitness journey at PROJECT FIfT?

Starting your fitness journey is very simple. Just call us or make contact by email, Whatsapp or by filling in our simple form to book an initial consultation. We can guide you through the steps of becoming a member of our fitness community and answer any initial questions you may have.

Are all sessions carried out on a 1 to 1 basis??

No, whilst the majority are 1 to 1, we can adapt the sessions so they can be done in pairs or even small groups. Please contact us for further information on this. 

Do all sessions take place at the same venue?

We are primarily based on a grass pitch in Burgess Hill however we are happy to bring the sessions to other suitable facilities in the Sussex area (additional costs may apply).

Can persons of varying ability take part in group sessions?

Group sessions are tailored and delivered at a level which is comfortable for all those taking part.

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts for approx. 40 minutes, this includes a 5 minute warm up/warm down.
